There were many years that I didn`t study, since the university (more than ten years ago) and since I started to work. I`ve never been in USA, so I didn`t have any opportunity to speak. Then, my English was (maybe it is yet) bad. Because of this, I have many dificults here to understand people conversations and in class. In classroom, in the most of the time, I`m shy.
Although, I`ve learned a lot and this experience has been marvelous for me. I noted that I`m improving my listening a lot, but I have to improve my speaking too. I could just to speak English here, certainly I`d obtain more success.
About my weekend, it was fantastic. Last friday, after class, I visited MOMA, The Museum of Modern Art. I think art makes my eyes keened. I love it. I could see some paints that I admired all my life, so I almost cried.
On Sunday, I visited Metropolitan Museum of Art and it was also very good. But I couldn`t see everything because Metropolitan is so big and I like to see each work carefully. I have to come back there.
Yesterday, I and my group went to Queens Campus of St. John`s University, accompanied by teacher Aaron Royer. I loved this place, especially a room where students can access internet, talk to others, and listen to piano.
Finally, today we learned to make a website in Weebly. It is very cool and I think it will be so good for my students and for my classes.
