Adolfo - Post 5

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is one of the most important museum in the world. I personally recommend the guided visit on the museum highlights due its grandiosity both in size and in artistic importance.

The Charles Engelhard Court was definetely my favorite place for its huge space and its collection of American sculptures and gorgeus stained glass. I just loved the story about how the impressive the neoclassical facade of the Branch Bank was saved when the building, originally located on Wall Street, was demolished. It is a great example of love for true art and it shows us that we must preserve humanity's great treasures, either ancient or modern.
